While Google drive might not be effective to monitor Realtime activities, it can be used to report on weekly metrics for the company.


Dropbox is a modern workspace especially for startups and SMEs that still other established companies can benefit from. It offers features for managing remote employees. While on the app, employees can easily sync, share and collaborate on documents. Dropbox has an API that also allows to share large format files like PowerPoint presentations.
