Safaricom is known for its innovations in making it easier for its customers to use their services. Next week on Wednesday 23rd September 2020, the telco will be launching another innovation that will give customers the flexibility to manage their Safaricom services.
As such, will be hosting Safaricom PLC next week as they launch MySafaricom App officially. The App has been in beta testing to selected users on Apple store and Google Play store since March.
Safaricom has also been tweaking some features from its end aimed at improving its usability enforced in the form of a reauthentication of all users. The facelift is among other things, as a result of the recent internal developments that include waiving M-PESA transaction fees.
MySafaricom App is an essential tool to millions of Safaricom customers as it hosts a bunch of products and services under one app giving users more convenience. The app boasts over 100,000 users on both Android and iOS platforms.
In the Live event, Safaricom will be unveiling the new App which now packs additional exciting features to the rest of the users. The launch is in line with Safaricom’s commitment to offering its customers a desirable experience on the platform.
